1. Are the kangaroo encounters safe for children?
Yes. These sessions are quiet and supervised by staff. As long as children can stay seated and follow simple instructions, they’re welcome to join the kangaroo encounters with a parent or guardian.
2. Can I hold the baby kangaroo?
We don’t offer full holding or cradling. The animal’s comfort comes first. If the kangaroo is relaxed, you may gently touch, pet, and feed - or sit near it, but only under staff guidance.
3. How long does the session last?
Each ticket allows for a short, focused session, just enough time to observe, interact gently, and take a few photos. Most sessions last about 10–15 minutes.
