All Safari Day Trip Bundles are 100% non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or rescheduled for any reason. Please review all details before purchasing. VIP animal encounters are subject to a waiting period based on arrival time, as experiences are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Animals are only fed at 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 4:30 PM, so availability depends on guests who arrive earlier in the day. Please plan accordingly.

Adventure Experiences

Cancellations for adventure experiences must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled activity for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability. All adventure experience purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued after the activity has taken place.
