Cancellations for adventure experiences must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled activity for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability. All adventure experience purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued after the activity has taken place.
